In our daily hectic scheduled life we need to stay healthy and active physically to keep on moving. 

Moving forward not only we need to inspire our mind through motivational resources to stay active mentally, but physically also.

1.Walk faster(to stay active)

Walk faster at least for 30 minutes a day. Fast walking will help your heart work briskly and improve circulation of oxygen around your body. 

Study has shown that with 30 minutes of fast walking a day, you can burn at least 200 calories. By doing 5 days a week you can easily burn almost 1000 calories as per your body weight. 

2.Do some aerobic physical activities 

Aerobic activities like swimming, dancing and stretching exercises will help toning your body by circulating blood and oxygen throughout your body. 

3.Take stairs instead lift

Habit some physical activities like climbing stairs, carrying children, taking a dog walking and digging in the garden. It will help to strengthen your bones and muscles to stay physically strong and active. 

4.Move more than sit

When you are at your computer, in front of a TV or in a long business meeting, break up your sitting. Move a few minutes in every hour, if possible more in between your sitting. 

Set a reminder in your smartphone to break your sitting. By standing and moving in between you can easily burn some extra calories. 

5.Do some vigorous activities at least twice a week 

Vigorous physical activities like push ups, sit ups, jogging, rock climbing, heavy digging, swimming and uphill cycling will strengthen your bones and muscles. It will make you strong enough physically as well as mentally to stay active all the time. 

6.Move as much as possible 

If you use to go by bus, get off the bus one stop or at least 20 minutes before your destination and walk the rest.

If you prefer to go by  driving then park your car one stop away from your office and walk faster to reach your destination. 

Take stairs, do your housework as much as possible, take your children to school walking and physical activities that you enjoy the most. 

7.Play some sports which you enjoyed when you were younger. 

Find some of your old friends, make a group of like minded people and habit to play some sports which you used to play when you’re younger.

Sports like cricket, football, basketball and rugby involve some physical activities to play

That way, by moving as much as possible you can burn some notable calories that will help you to stay active and maintain a healthy body weight. 

Habit at least 2.5 hours of moderate and 1.5 hours of vigorous physical activities throughout the week to stay active and maintain a healthy lifestyle. 

8.Take vegan diet as much as possible 

Take fruits, green vegetables or plant based diets as much as possible in your daily diet.

  • Lose weight more than expected 
  • Lower your cholesterol level
  • Lower the risk of heart attack, obesity, cancer and several heart disease 
  • Manage type 2 diabetes to a great extent. 

9.Avoid animal protein if possible 

There are numerous studies which have shown that taking animal protein increases the risk of heart disease, strokes and early death. 

Animal protein doesn’t have the fiber that helps to digest and lower the risk of cardiovascular disease to a great extent.
